Frequently asked questions

What counts as an 'active project'?

Any construction project currently in progress — from acquisition through to practical completion. A project moves off your count once it's marked complete or archived, so finished projects never count against your plan.

What happens if I need more projects than my plan allows?

You're never blocked mid-project — anything already underway keeps running exactly as it is. Starting a new project past your plan's limit prompts an upgrade to the next tier, or you can add a single project on its own for A$15,000 without committing to an annual plan.

Why are Growth and Enterprise not self-serve checkout?

At that scale we'd rather get the setup right with you directly — data migration, team access, and (for Enterprise) the Development Capital integration are usually worth a short call before you commit annually. Self-Serve and Studio are true self-serve: sign up, start your trial, add a card, done.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full access. No card required to start; you'll see a countdown in the dashboard as your trial winds down.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you don't lose access mid-project.
