Deliver: stage-gated delivery with document control, consultants, progress claims and certification — each party scoped to exactly what they should see.
Fund: certified progress flows to evidence-gated drawdowns and a lender marketplace, so capital is priced off real delivery data rather than a PDF.
Return: equity commitments, contributions and distributions tracked through to DPI and IRR — closing the loop from capital in to capital returned.
